Halal Investing Masterclass

The Halal Investing Masterclass is an educational program designed to teach participants the principles and practical strategies of Sharia-compliant investing. The Program is provided by Muslim Xchange Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
The Program may be delivered via live sessions, pre-recorded video content, written materials, community forums, or any combination thereof. The format, schedule, and curriculum are subject to change at the Company's sole discretion.
To enroll in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You may be required to create an account to access the Program. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, your access to Program materials will be provided for the duration outlined in your enrollment confirmation. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue access at any time with reasonable notice.
The Program fee is as stated on the enrollment page at the time of purchase. All fees are in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes as disclosed at checkout.
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment, unless a payment plan has been expressly offered and agreed upon. All payments must be made through the approved payment methods listed on our website.
We are committed to offering payment structures that align with Islamic finance principles. Any instalment or deferred payment plans offered are structured to avoid riba (interest). Please contact us if you have questions about the structure of any payment plan.
We want you to be fully satisfied with the Program. The following refund terms apply:
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe are made in bad faith or are an attempt to access and copy Program content without genuine intention to participate.
All content within the Program — including but not limited to videos, worksheets, slides, audio, written materials, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Muslim Xchange Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Program materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not, without prior written consent from Muslim Xchange Inc.:
Participation in the Program does not create a client relationship between you and Muslim Xchange Inc. or any of its instructors, speakers, or affiliates. Any investment decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. Past performance discussed in the Program is not indicative of future results.
We strongly encourage all Participants to consult with a qualified and certified financial adviser, Islamic finance scholar, or legal professional before making any investment decisions.
While the Program is designed to present investment strategies and principles aligned with Sharia law as understood by our scholars and consultants, Muslim Xchange Inc. does not guarantee that any particular investment, security, fund, or strategy discussed in the Program has been formally certified as Sharia-compliant by a recognised Sharia supervisory board.
Islamic scholarly opinions on financial matters may differ across schools of thought, jurisdictions, and scholarly bodies. Participants are encouraged to seek independent Islamic scholarly guidance to confirm the permissibility of any investment for their own circumstances.
If the Program includes access to a community forum, group chat, or live interaction space, you agree to engage with all participants, instructors, and staff in a respectful, ethical, and professional manner consistent with Islamic values.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Muslim Xchange Inc. reserves the right to remove any Participant from the community or Program without refund if these standards are violated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muslim Xchange Inc., its directors, employees, instructors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or reliance on the Program, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions made based on Program content.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Program in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your privacy is important to us. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our website.
We comply with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario's relevant privacy regulations. We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Muslim Xchange Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled Participants of material changes.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting with an updated Effective Date. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Muslim Xchange Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the Program at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other Participants, the Company, or the integrity of the Program.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Program materials and destroy any copies in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 60 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Muslim Xchange Inc. with respect to the Program and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
